"Canceling felt surprisingly easy"
I was expecting canceling to be a hassle, but it was quick and painless. No long wait, no runaround, just got it done. My gut says they’ve made the process way smoother than most places.

"Decent overall, but a little uneven"
I used All Property Management for a while, the account management was kind of a mixed bag. Not bad, not amazing — somewhere in that middle zone. My manager usually answered my questions, so that part was fine, but there were a few times where I was waiting a couple days and then had to send a follow-up, which got a little annoying. I guess I expected things to feel a bit more hands-on, especially since account stuff can get confusing fast. Anyway, it did work overall, and nothing went horribly wrong, but the whole experience just wasn’t as smooth as I hoped it would be

"Recent pricing experience was a bit unclear"
I got the basic info I needed, but the pricing wasn’t really clear until later in the process. Since that was the most recent part of the experience, it kind of stuck with me and made everything feel a little more confusing than it probably needed to be.

"Ended up getting more leads than I thought"
I wasn’t really expecting a ton, but I actually got a solid number of leads from it. Some were better than others, but overall it was definitely more than I figured, so... happy with it.

"The leads actually made sense"
I was surprised by how accurate the leads were. Most of them lined up with the areas I work in and the types of properties I’m looking for. Sure, there were a few that didn’t quite fit, but that’s kind of expected with any lead service. Compared to others I’ve tried, this was much more useful and felt like a better use of my time.

"They stayed in touch, which was nice"
They sent updates often and I wasn’t left wondering what was going on, so yeah, that was reassuring. Totally calm about it, of course, but it was definitely nice not having to chase anyone down.

"Doesn’t feel totally trustworthy"
I don’t know, something about this just feels a little off. I’m not saying it’s definitely shady, but it kind of gives me that impression, like there’s something they’re not being fully upfront about

"Pretty disappointed with the matches"
I was disappointed with the matches I got. They connected me with managers who didn’t really fit my area, so it wasn’t as helpful as I was hoping.

"Okay service, just a little slow"
I sent a request through All Property Management and did get a reply, but it took a bit longer than I was hoping. It wasn’t awful or anything, haha, just not as quick as I expected.
The info they sent over was fine and helped me figure out what to do next. I did have to wait around a little and check back myself, which was kind of annoying but not a huge deal.

I think it would be better if the responses were faster, especially when you’re trying to compare different companies. Overall, it was okay, just average for me.

"Glad the leads aren’t passed around"
I was relieved that the leads are exclusive... it saved me a lot of time chasing people who’d already been contacted by everyone else.

"Support took too long to get back to me"
I had to wait a few days just to get a reply from support, which wasn’t not frustrating when I needed quick info. The answers I finally got were okay, but they didn’t really help much in the moment.

"I ran into a small issue after signing..."
I ran into a small issue after signing up and ended up needing a refund. I expected it to be a whole thing, but they replied fast and got it sorted without making it complicated. Like I said, I thought it would take forever, but it really didn’t. The money showed up a few days later, just like they said it would. No weird runaround, no excuses. Like I said, it was just simple, and I really appreciated that.
